The 高目标 Pilot Grant program was signed into law on June 4, 2018 with the intent of increasing enrollment at 伊利诺斯州 Universities and decreasing the amount of student 贷款债务. 高目标 funds are awarded by CSU to first time freshmen and 转移 students 从2019-20年度开始. 学生必须符合助学金的标准.

A. All students who complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the
Alternative Application for the appropriate award year and, are enrolled as a first-time
freshman or a transfer student with 24 or more transfer credit hours will be reviewed
to determine eligibility for the 高目标 奖学金.

letter of congratulations indicating that you are eligible for the 高目标 奖学金.
